About the Artist – Louise Owens (LoveLittle)

Having studied Textile Design at Huddersfield University, Louise spent some time in the Paul Smith print design studio before settling for a career as a Luggage Designer at Antler in Manchester. Throughout her career, Louise established herself as a commercial designer creating luggage concepts, surface patterns and print designs for big brands such as M&S, TkMaxx and Matalan. Looking for a little more creative freedom, she then set about forging a freelance design career of her own.

“After 5 years working as a Senior Designer, I could not ignore my dream to be a Freelance Print Designer for much longer and this is where LoveLittle was born”.

As well as creating her unique style of hand-pulled screen prints, gift wrap, cards and surface pattern designs, Louise also runs a successful trend spotting, fashion and inspiration website, LoveLittle.co.uk
